Judkins Ready to Play After Offseason Drama

Cleveland Browns rookie running back Quinshon Judkins is expected to make his NFL debut Sunday against the Baltimore Ravens. The second-round draft pick (36th overall) missed training camp due to legal issues that have since been dropped.

After practicing just two days this week, Judkins impressed coaches enough to earn activation from the Commissioner's Exempt List.

Browns Need Running Game Help

Cleveland's ground attack struggled badly in Week 1, gaining only 49 yards rushing. That's where Judkins comes in - the rookie could provide the spark the Browns desperately need.

"He's done everything we've asked him to do," said Browns coach Kevin Stefanski about Judkins' limited practice time.

Rookie Ready to Prove Himself

Despite the challenging offseason, Judkins says he's grateful to be back and ready to show why Cleveland drafted him in the second round.

"I'm happy to be back in Cleveland and with my teammates," Judkins said. "If I have to play, I'm going to give it my all."

Key Facts:

  • Draft Pick: 36th overall (2nd round, 2025)

  • Week 1 Browns Rushing: 49 yards total

  • Practice Time: Only 2 days before debut

  • Legal Status: All charges dropped

The Ravens game will be Judkins' first chance to help Cleveland's struggling offense and prove he was worth the high draft pick. After missing so much time, he's motivated to make an immediate impact in his NFL debut.
